How does it work?
You can either Pick & Mix your sweets from our pick and mix selection or pick one of our other products which we will then post straight to your door.
They will be packaged with the environment in mind using our eco friendly packaging.
Products we offer:
Vegan Pick & Mix Sweets: Pick and mix your sweets, which will then be packaged in a traditional pink and white paper pick and mix bag!
Sweet Pouches: These are 100% compostable resealable Kraft paper pouches filled with sweets you pick or a mixture from our selection!
Gift Boxes: A massive gift box containing 1kg of vegan sweets; You can pick and mix your own sweets or go for the mixed box.
Gift Jars: We also sell vegan sweet jars which are a perfect gift!
Subscriptions: Sign up to our letterbox subscription and you can get sweets through your letterbox each month! We also offer subscription on our 900g mixed pouch!
Are all your sweets vegan?
Yes the are 100% vegan
We only stock sweets confirmed vegan by manufacturers, all our range is free from animal derivatives and nothing but sweet!
What if I have a food allergy?
You can find a list of all our ingredients and allergens for all our sweets in the pick and mix section of the website. You can reference each sweet and its ingredients there.
All of our products are made and packed in an area containing NUTS, GLUTEN, SOYA, SULPHITES; Please get in touch via email or in the checkout notes if you have an allergen so we can make your order safe.

We also list all the ingredients and allergen information for our more sweet stuff products on each product.
What are the best before dates / use by dates?
For the sweets we recommend eating them within a month if unsealed, our pouches are sealed and will last 6 months but we recommend 3 for freshness.
If loose sweets from our pick and mix are placed inside a container once delivered then we recommend 6 months.
For the products in the more sweet stuff section they will mostly have sell by dates on the packaging.
Do we do bulk / event / wedding orders?
We do and we would love to offer this service for you so please get in touch via the contact form or by email: email@example.com or by social media!
How do I join VECLUB?
Once you create an account you automatically join our VECLUB! and you can start earning points on your orders! You can view your points and rewards in the VECLUB widget.

How do I manage my subscription?
To manage your subscription(s) please login to your account and access the manage your subscription page on your account
If you don't have an account please create an account using the same email address as used for the subscription order and then follow the steps above.
if you are having trouble please do contact us and we will sort it all out for you!
When is my subscription shipped?
It is shipped every month if you have selected monthly and will usually be shipped a week after payment has been made ! This allows us to make them in big batches at the weekend :)
When will my order be shipped?
We will always try to make and process your order for shipping within 3 days
In terms of shipping:
Depending on the shipping you choose
With Royal mail first class you can expect it the next working day after dispatch confirmation although this isn't a guaranteed service.
With Royal mail second class you can expect it within 2-3 working days however again this isn't a guaranteed service.
Shipping to the channel islands?
Please select the correct country at checkout else you order may not get through customs and we will not refund or replace orders with the incorrect information.
Guernsey and Jersey require custom labels and are not classed as United Kingdom; Please make sure your country is written at checkout correctly.
Our Eco Friendly Packaging
Using sustainable packaging is important to us so we wanted to make it clear what parts of our packaging you can recycle, compost etc :
Pick & Mix Bags
Our Pick & Bags are paper so these are widely recycled and we only use paper stickers which can be recycled also!
We also send these out in sugar cane mailing bags which are extremely eco friendly, carbon neutral and recyclable!
And for bigger orders we send these out in cardboard boxes packed with starch based peanut packaging which is 100% biodegradable !
Our gift box is widely recycled as we use plain cardboard with no print making them super eco!
The outer kraft paper we wrap our boxes in is widely recycled and the tissue paper inside our gift box is recycled
The baking paper we wrap the sweets in is fully compostable and made from responsible sources!
We use eco paper tape on all our packaging.
Our gift jars and personalized gift jars are made from glass with metal lids ; both widely recycled and reused ! Our stickers and gift tags are always made from paper also!
Our sweet pouches are made from cellulose and paper, these can be reused and are also compostable and again the sticker is paper.
So Recycle away and eat your sweets without packaging guilt !!
We pack any orders that won't fit into our eco friendly mailing bags in boxes which need to be filled with fill, we use starch based loose fillings (peanuts) these are 100% eco friendly and 100% biodegradable, we also pack with recyclable and recycled paper
How eco friendly is your packaging?
We say no to plastic !!!
We strive to be as eco friendly as possible; none of our sweets are individually wrapped; we also use as many recycled & recyclable packaging materials as possible and look on improving this constantly.
We ship our products in mailing bags made from sugar cane & cardboard boxes and only use recyclable or compostable packaging.
